The Lukasik's
Here you will find the story of the Lukasiks - Krzysztof, Lucyna and Wlodek.
Krzysztof was living in Wilno (modern day Vilnius) when he was arrested by the NKVD. After his release, he joined the Polish Army in Guzar.
Lucyna Kaczynska, our Babcia (grandmother) was born in Makow Mazowiecki in Poland. She was visiting her sister Zofia and mother Francziszka when WWII broke out and they were deported.
Wlodzimierz is the son of Lucyna and Krzysztof, born in Tehran in 1943.
